Senior / Quantity Surveyor – Drylining / Facades
Manchester Staff are currently searching for an experienced quantity surveyor / senior quantity surveyor to work for one of our leading clients based in Birmingham.
You will be working on RC frameworks focusing on the drylining, facades and cladding. You will be responsible for the day to day activity on site including CVR’s, forecasting and final accounts as well as working closely with the estimating team to win additional work.
The role will be a mixture of home, office and site working.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to progress their career with a supportive team structure.
Salary: up to £55,000 DOE
Essential criteria:
- Drylining experience
- Facades experience
- Good networking opportunities
Desirable criteria:
- Subcontractor background
- RC frame experience
