Quantity Surveyor – Private Housing

Manchester Staff are currently searching for an experienced quantity surveyor to work for a prestigious house builder based in Birmingham. The business is going from strength to strength with continued growth forecast well into 2021.

You will be responsible for running multiple projects from inception to completion including groundworks and internal packages undertaking duties including subcontract procurement, CVRs forecasting and final accounts.

You will have autonomy of your sites and opportunity to attend site visits as and when required.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to progress their career with a supportive team structure.

Please note, sites can be throughout the Midlands and South of the UK so willingness to travel is essential.

Salary: up to £50,000 DOE 

Benefits: Car allowance OR company car and fuel card

Essential skills:

• Previous House Building experience, ideally within the past 3 years
• Previous experience independently running projects from inception to completion
• Experience of groundworks and Section 278 works
• Valid UK driving licence
